Terms And Conditions
Effective Date: August 26, 2026. These terms govern your use of shipaxis.ai, an AI shipping-guidance site operated by Axis Logistics Holdings LLC, DBA ShipAxis. By using the assistant you accept these terms.
1. AI Guidance Disclaimer
ShipAxisAI provides informational packaging and shipping guidance generated in part by artificial intelligence. It may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Carrier tariffs and service guides, applicable federal, state, local and foreign laws, customs regulations, and approved-shipper requirements control every shipment. AI guidance is not authorization to ship a restricted or regulated item, and it is not legal, customs, tax or safety advice. You are responsible for verifying requirements before you ship.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Accurately describing the contents, weight, dimensions and value of a shipment.
- Ensuring the contents are legal to ship and legal at the destination.
- Packaging the shipment adequately for the transportation environment.
- Providing complete, correct addresses and customs information.
- Obtaining any license, permit, approved-shipper agreement or regulatory approval required for alcohol, hazardous materials, lithium batteries, aerosols, perfume, perishables, tobacco, firearms or other regulated goods.
3. Prohibited And Restricted Items
Restricted and regulated items trigger additional verification and may be refused. Prohibited items must not be tendered under any circumstances. Undeclared or misdeclared hazardous materials can result in refusal, disposal, fines and personal liability.
4. No Transportation Services On This Site
shipaxis.ai does not sell shipping, issue labels, collect payment for transportation or provide shipment tracking records. Those services are provided on the ShipAxis shipping platform, subject to that platform's terms and the terms of the carrier that transports the shipment.
5. Loss, Damage, Delay And Claims
Loss, damage and delay are governed by the applicable carrier's terms, including its liability limits, declared-value rules, packaging requirements, exclusions and claim-filing deadlines. Where ShipAxis is the carrier account holder and the carrier requires the account holder to submit a claim, ShipAxis may facilitate that claim as an accommodation. Facilitating a claim does not make ShipAxis the carrier, does not transfer carrier liability to ShipAxis and does not guarantee payment.
6. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipAxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of your use of ShipAxisAI guidance. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use ShipAxisAI to plan or conceal an unlawful shipment, to evade carrier restrictions, to submit another person's personal data without authority, or to attempt to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Privacy
Use of ShipAxisAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how prompts, photographs and shipment descriptions are handled.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
