Help And Support

ShipAxis AI answers packaging and shipping-preparation questions. When you are ready to buy shipping, the ShipAxis shipping platform takes over.

What does ShipAxis AI actually do?

ShipAxis AI helps you Ask, Pack and Prepare. Describe your shipment in plain language and it recommends packaging, cushioning and supplies, and tells you what carriers typically require. It does not sell shipping.

Where do I compare rates, pay, print a label or track a shipment?

On the ShipAxis shipping platform. ShipAxis AI hands you off there when you are ready to Compare, Pay, Label and Track. Tracking status for a specific shipment lives in your ShipAxis platform account, not in the AI assistant.

Can I submit a photograph of my item?

AI Pack & Measure is available now — upload a photo and ShipAxis AI suggests a likely item, estimated dimensions and weight, and a recommended box and cushioning. Every figure is an estimate you confirm before buying a label. Advanced Product Identification (exact product recognition and barcode lookup) is still coming soon.

Where can I read the full packaging and restricted-item guidance?

On the About page. Package Coach details (box selection, cushioning, dimensional pricing, declared value, temperature-sensitive shipping, international paperwork) and the restricted-item categories live there, so the assistant itself stays short and focused.

Can ShipAxis AI approve a restricted or regulated shipment?

No. Alcohol, dry ice, lithium batteries, aerosols, perfume, perishables, firearms, tobacco, cannabis and hazardous materials trigger additional verification. Approval depends on carrier rules, applicable law and, where required, an approved shipper account.

How do I get the packaging supplies it recommends?

ShipAxis AI produces a recommended supply list you can source from any packaging retailer, or bring to a ShipAxis location for assistance. Online checkout for supply lists is not yet an active feature of shipaxis.ai.

How do I file a claim for a lost or damaged shipment?

Claims involving loss, damage, delay, non-delivery, or carrier service issues must be submitted and managed directly with the applicable carrier. Carrier terms, filing deadlines, coverage limitations, and documentation requirements apply. ShipAxis does not adjudicate carrier claims, determine claim eligibility, guarantee reimbursement, or assume responsibility for a carrier's approval, denial, payment, handling, or resolution of a claim. Where available, ShipAxis may provide shipment records or transaction information reasonably necessary for you to communicate with the applicable carrier.

Where do prices, service availability and delivery estimates come from?

Only from the ShipAxis shipping platform. ShipAxis AI helps you understand and prepare the shipment; actual pricing, eligibility, service availability, and estimated delivery depend on origin, destination, packaged dimensions, weight, shipment contents, account eligibility, carrier requirements, and current carrier rates. Compare live ShipAxis rates before making your final selection.
