This Privacy Policy explains how Axis Logistics Holdings LLC, DBA ShipAxis ("ShipAxis," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use www.goshipaxis.com, ship.goshipaxis.com, shipaxis.ai, and related services ("Services").

Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, company, address, email, phone, account credentials, and communications.
• Shipment Information: Shipping/recipient addresses, package details, tracking numbers, and delivery information.
• Transaction Information: Payment method, billing records, and order history.
• Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, and cookies or similar technology.
• Photographs And AI Image-Analysis Data: Photographs you choose to upload to AI Pack & Measure, and the item description, estimated dimensions, estimated weight and packaging characteristics inferred from them. See Photographs And AI Analysis below for purpose, retention, deletion, third-party providers and model-training practices.

Photographs And AI Analysis (ShipAxis AI)

• What You Upload: When you use AI Pack & Measure, the photographs you choose are sent from your device to our AI processing provider so the assistant can produce estimated dimensions, an estimated weight range and packaging recommendations.
• Information Inferred: The assistant may infer an item description, approximate size, fragility, packaging needs and possible restricted-item characteristics. All such output is an estimate that you must verify.
• Purpose: Image analysis is used only to generate your packaging and measurement guidance in that session. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
• Retention: Photographs are processed in the session and are not stored in our shipment or account records. When you save a Pack & Measure audit record, we store only the text of the assessment, your confirmed measurements and the number of photographs used — not the images themselves. Your session ends when you clear the conversation or close the site.
• Deletion: Clearing a conversation in ShipAxis AI removes it from your device. To request deletion of saved audit records or account data, email ship@goshipaxis.com.
• Third-Party Providers: Image and text analysis is performed by third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf under their applicable terms.
• Model Training: We do not upload your photographs to train our own models. We do not control, and therefore do not promise, the internal practices of third-party AI providers beyond their published terms.
• Do not upload photographs containing identification documents, payment cards, medical records or other sensitive personal information.

ShipAxis AI, Rates, Payments, Claims And Tracking

ShipAxis AI (shipaxis.ai) helps you ask questions, prepare and package a shipment, understand options and identify possible restrictions. When you choose to compare live rates, the shipment details you confirmed are passed to the ShipAxis shipping platform (ship.goshipaxis.com), which is the authoritative system for live prices, service eligibility, checkout, payments, labels, shipment records and tracking. Payment information is processed by the shipping platform and its payment processors, not by ShipAxis AI. Claims involving loss, damage, delay, non-delivery or carrier service issues are submitted and managed directly with the applicable carrier; where available we may provide shipment records reasonably necessary for you to communicate with that carrier. For international shipments, customs and government authorities may require shipment and party information.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

• Provide and manage shipping services, including quoting, processing, labeling, tracking, and customer support.
• Communicate about shipments, account issues, and Service updates.
• Prevent fraud and ensure Service and data security.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Improve and personalize our Services.
• Send marketing communications (opt-out is available).

Sharing Of Information

We only share your information as needed:

• With Carriers/Logistics Partners: To ship and deliver your items.
• With Service Providers: For site hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, and similar operational purposes.
• With Authorities: When required by law, court order, or government request.

We do not sell or share personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or "share"; request deletion or correction of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; opt out of "sale/sharing" of your information (we do not currently sell/share personal info as defined by the CCPA/CPRA); and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
